We have prepared a Special boxing Session for you
The session will be conducted by a professional trainer who is leading us into a fun and dynamic activity where you have the opportunity to wear professional boxing gloves and focus all your energy practicing the basic boxing techniques in a safety and a friendly environment.
What are we doing during the session? The session will include cardiovascular, muscular endurance and strength, coordination, reflexes, speed, and power exercises. But no worries, Mate! It doesn’t mean that you need to be a super fit or require previous training.
Don’t waste the opportunity! All you need to bring is a towel and a bottle of water, and of course your fitness clothes. Let’s get it started!
